Our Company

Explorers has been leading kayaking journeys on Europe's rivers, lakes, the Adriatic, the Mediterranean and the Atlantic/North Sea since 2017. With an international sea kayak leader team of BCUK and EPP-certified sea kayak guides we hold ourselves to the highest international professional standards. Explorers Felfedezők Kft. is registered in Budapest, Hungary.

Our Team

Our team of 12 experienced sea kayak guides have a combined kayaking experience of over 100 years, have a track record of dozens of seak kayak journeys per year from several months of kayaking in Croatia and the Mediterranean per year, hold several international professional qualifications, such as BCUS Sea Kayak Leader and EPP Level 4. All of our team members speak very good English, several of us speak good German and one of us comes from Denmark!

I took part in a super New Year's Eve paddle trip organized by Explorers. We glided down the Danube with a pleasant paddle in beautiful sunny weather. It was a special sight to see the countless famous and wonderful buildings from the raft. Passing under bridges, meeting ships and barges. Waving to people walking on the bridges and on the banks.

Thanks to the guides, Zoltán and András for providing the props for the New Year's Eve atmosphere, surprising us with snacks, champagne, and tea. It was a great time, a fitting end to the year.
